At
Mid-Peninsula, we have rolling admissions, which means we enroll 9th-12th grade students throughout the year. If you are interested in joining us during the current school year, please call our Admissions Office at (650) 321-1991 x120 to expedite the application process.
If you are interested in joining
Mid-Peninsula as part of our regularly scheduled enrollment process, please review our admission requirements and application submission deadlines. Then, complete the following steps:
First, call and schedule an informational meeting with our Admissions Director. This is an excellent opportunity for you to tour the school, learn about our school philosophy, ask questions and see if
Mid-Peninsula is the right choice for you.
After the meeting, the Admissions Director will arrange a "Shadow Day." Prospective students can spend a day with a current
Mid-Peninsula student attending classes. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know our school, teachers, administrators and students on a more personal level.
At
Mid-Peninsula, we believe that both students and parents/guardians are integral to the admissions process. Please share your thoughtful responses on the application and mail, fax or drop off your application at our Front Office. There is no application fee.

If possible, please ask a teacher, counselor, tutor or anyone who is familiar with you as a student to complete the
Mid-Peninsula High School Recommendation Form. This information is very valuable to
Mid-Peninsula because it helps us to know more about you and enables us to better understand how
Mid-Peninsula can help you reach your educational goals. We understand there might be situations that will make it difficult to obtain recommendations, so please contact our Admissions Director if you have any questions or concerns.
Please complete the Transcript Release and Confidentiality Form and request that your current school send
Mid-Peninsula High School your official transcript.
Once we receive your complete application, we will schedule an appointment for pre-admissions and placement testing. The purpose of testing is to determine the appropriate class placement for you. Additionally, we ask that if you have any previous testing, a diagnosed learning disability or a 504/IEP plan, you bring this information to this meeting.
Mid-Peninsula's Learning Specialist will review all testing results and, if necessary, develop a learning plan.
