A Day in the Life Stephan, Senior
Julia teaches a great class for us kids who have either already taken Physics...or don't wanna take Physics...or just love Biology. The focus is marine biology this year and seriously, I never thought I'd like science the way I do now. Yeah, it's hard. Julia's pretty strict with deadlines and class work, but it's mostly really fun stuff. This past fall she took us on an overnight fieldtrip to Catalina Island for a more hands on experience. We got to snorkel, scuba, and study creatures in their natural habitat. I mean, seriously, who flies around with their school on fieldtrips? Anyway, we're nearing the end of the semester which means we've got another paper to turn in. Today we went over some of the specifics, and then got to start brainstorming about it. | |
